Our normal fees on residential purchases and refinances are as follows:

1. Buyer Attorney fees and costs:
   

   Attorney fees	$425.00
   40 yr. Title Search (Set by independent contractor)	$300.00 or more
   60 yr. Title Search (Set by independent contractor)	$500.00 or more
   Copy, Fax, Postage	$70.00
   Courier Fees (package)	$40.00
   Loan Package Prep & Printing	$100.00
   Specific Power of Attorneys (if needed)	$175.00 each
   Title Search Update (Set by independent contractor)	$150 or more

   If a party, or the parties request separate closings, or separate closing times, there is an additional $150.00 fee to the requesting party.

   Mail Away fee is $150.00 per location.

2. Seller Attorney fees and costs:
   

   Seller documents	$350.00
   Administrative fee	$50.00
   Mortage/lien payoff	$65.00
   Revenue Stamps on Deed	$3.70 per $1000 of purchase price

3. Recording fees
   

   Deeds	$19.75
   Mortage	$29.75
   Power of Attorney	$29.75

   *These fees include E-filing Fee to Simplifile for $4.75
4. Title Insurance Costs:
   

   Title policy fees are determined by the purchase price for Owners and loan amount for the Lenders. In addition, title companies charge $20.00-35.00 for each Insured Closing Protection Letters.

   
   
5. HELOCS Attorney fee is $400.00, deed up search $150.00 or more (Set by independent abstractor)
